Space Building Surveyors were instructed to inspect and report on external defects to a Grade II* listed former country house.
Using our knowledge of heritage building assets we inspected the property utilising our drone team to inspect high level building fabric.
We identified issues in the external building fabric and provided recommended repairs which were, sympathetic to the nature of the building. We also estimated costs for the repairs to enable the property managers to plan for upcoming major works projects.
