Schedule of Condition

  • The Living Well Consortium were looking to acquire retail space in order to open a community focused wellbeing cafe and hub, offering accessible and inclusive space to visit for coffee, therapeutic workshops, wellbeing activities and social events.

    Space Building Surveyors needed a schedule of condition to be produced as part of the lease negotiations. We were able to undertake the inspection and produce the final schedule in a compressed programme, in order for them to meet their overall programme.
