We draw on our expertise in technical due diligence, dilapidations, design and contract administration to formulate programmes specific to an asset or a portfolio, and to ensure it can be effectively maintained.
Where necessary we work closely with our network of specialist consultants, such as M&E engineers, arboriculturists, etc. to ensure the PPM is all encompassing and accurate.
